Hey Pershing, just subscribed and thanks for the video. Are the camden
tablets absolutely necessary if you start out with sterilized water and
wash the grapes well? If the tablets sterilize the solution wouldn’t the
tablets kill the yeast too?

Filling the carboy to much is why you have foam push through the airlock.
Most people stop at the shoulder of the jar. Did you use a fermentation
inhibitor or just let it finish naturally?
