  1. i use close to the same recipe and style but i let mine set for 2 weeks
    before i rack it for the first time the i let it set for 3 weeks then re
    rack clean my bottle and rack it back in then let it set for 6 weeks and
    wow it will knock your socks off and oh so smoth

  2. Hi Steve, you inspired me. I made a batch of wine following your
    instructions. I will be racking to the carboy today. Waiting to see your
    bottling video. I read that this type of wine can be drunk right away and
    shouldn’t be aged. How long will it last in the bottles? Will a batch made
    now be a decent Christmas gift? Age wise?
