  1. i have 2 old world family recipes you would get on your knees for if you
    tried it. we call it “sop” an the 2 are close in its making with a little
    difference. so far i havent found any videos tht make it this way maybe i
    will do a video in the furture

    gives it a great flavor…
    its the kind of thing where you eat one… you just instinctivly reach for
    another. its that good
    there is a resturaunt in downtown cincinnati called Sotto.
    and their grilled olive oil bread is the bomb. idk if they put all that
    stuff in it.. but im sure it wouldnt hurt :D

  4. good stuff! I usually chop sweet red peppers and leave it in the oil until
    it gets nice & soft — then, I add hummus on the side = very tasty appetiser

  9. Just wondering, what KIND of EVOO do you use? I can’t find one with a good
    flavour. I’ve made this before and put parmesean cheese on top of the oil.
    Freshly grated is the best.

    suggestion! Right now I have a local brand in my cupboard- but try any that
    say 100% extra virgin olive oil. Ask the market staff for help. Thanks!
