  2. The video fails to mention that the parchment paper that you place the loaf on needs to be floured to prevent it from sticking. Also if you let the finished loaf sit covered for another 30 minutes to an hour it will rise again creating a fluffier loaf. Just make sure to sprinkle some flour over the loaf to prevent it from sticking to the parchment paper you place between it and the towel when covering. Also do not bake for 30 minutes. Check it frequently through the oven window for browning.
