You need 3 large pineapple slices cut into cubes. You can use fresh. Absolutely! Thank you very much for watching! You can print this recipe on the website if you would like. Take care!
You can freeze them whole. No problem. I just throw them in a bag and freeze them. That way I can have them available when I want them. Have a great day Lisa!
Wow, whole? Cuz surely the cold cannot blacken them more! But surely, mashed, yes, they’d keep! Thanks! I recently tried freezing whole, unblemished apples and it does work. Eggs can be frozen with minimal prep. This is such a good channel!
Hi Mary Ann this looks delicious. I think though I may add some coconut to the topping with the brown sugar or is that over doing it? I’m a pina colada type of gal. I love banana bread and usually use the mix and add 3 bananas. This looks better and a ton more healthy. Thanks.
Uprated. I hope people see how great “quick breads” are. Easy, inexpensive, can be made with vegetables even sometimes, and they are such a frugal winner. Carrying one or two slices, wrapped, during your day out saves you so much when you need something to get you through the day. “Black” bananas can sometimes be bought for pennies from the store — they’re just thrown out, anway! xo
