Basic plumbing & materials needed for your own hydropnonic setup. I also explain how the ebb & flow system will work. Ebb & Flow is sometimes called Flood & Drain Note: About half the footage I was going to use for this ended up being corrupt so sorry if it seems to jump around a lot.
hey, i got the same thermostat you have (RTH230B). can you please guide me in how to connect the thermostat to the little 12v battery in your first video you made. thank you.

that’s right, the hydroton (clay pellets) retain a fair amount of water. So its finding a blance that will allow the roots to get air and not dry out without over watering. Depending on your climate you might have to water more or less frequent.

Hi Matthew, I’ve watched all your video’s and think they’re great.
I live in Hong Kong, free space for conventional urban farming is virtually nonexistent, even a NFT horizontal system would be a stretch.
As a suggestion for a new vid, could you please test out a vertical hydroponic system, and perhaps include an idiot’s guide to creating a similar system.
Thanks.
