1A/C 2ton,4 fans,14 cfl,6 tubelights,2tv,1 water pump,2 water heaters,1 electric chimney.

You really should contact a solar contractor, but if you can figure your usage, go to a site with a calculator.
Even if I ballparked your power usage, without your location, telling you how much you need wouldn’t happen.

Two steps to finding an accurate answer. First, get your electric bill and find out exactly how much energy the house used over the past year. Second, contact a local solar installer, who will be familiar with local labor costs.
