buy a male and female goat…then the population will increase by itself…then you can start selling them…your duty is to provide proper food and shelter…
I believe that You can start getting information about goats, because, there are breeds of goats specialized in milk production, other breeds are specialized in meat production; and some breeds could be used to produce milk and springs (to produce meat).
Which is Your purpose with goats?

PS. Excuse me for my bad English language, is not my natural idiom.
You need land with water and some money to buy quality breeding stock and fencing too……….and since your question is so unprofessional, someone to teach you. there are many, many medical issues that are part of raising goats . That is the tip of the ice burg…learn before you invest…go and visit a working goat farm…ask a lot of questions.
