This is the fourth monthly update on my hoop house in Mendocino, California, where cool, foggy summers make it impossible to grow hot weather vegetables outside. The hoop house has defeated all attempts of fog, coolness, and overcast days. Harvest time is here! Cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers galore. Melons and eggplants have some problems, but the dread tomato leaf curl has been defeated!
Munch, munch, munch – thank you for sharing your mini garden!

If you saw my first video, you’ll know that my experience in trying to grow hot weather veges in northern Vermont (Richford) was part of my reason for wanting a hoop house. Good luck with yours.
