I read about this online and watched videos on it, then I did it. This is the cheapest, easiest way I have ever seen to make a strongly alchoholic wine in 14…

Pretty delicious, thank you for the clear and simple instruction
Thanks Rob. You do not really have to at all, by the end of your 14 days it has settled on the bottom of the container so you just pour slow and throw that last inch away. Great question. Joe

Hi, thanks for posting. Dumb question but I’m guessing you need to strain the wine before drinking/bottling to remove the yeast? Do you get any kind of a plastic taste?
Thanks Tom. Thats what I need to do. We have the wild grapes maturing now and I am wondering how to make wine from that. Thanks again. Joe.

Good job doing the video. I started the same way you did then grew into making wine from fresh berries… and its
not much harder and a lot of fun too. Sharing it with friends who appreciates wine is even better! This past summer I have made Dandelion, Blueberry, Blackberry, Peach, Strawberry and I started last Fall with Muscadine. Keep going!
here is a better and cheaper way, go to mcdonalds or some fast food restaurant, take some packets of sugar and some jams, now steal or buy some bakers yeast, now make some awesome wine. Also you can use kool-aid.
Add nothing, let it work. It will be fine I assure you lol. Thanks. Joe

Also should the bubbles be in a frenzy, or a slow bubbly paced I guess you would say? Because my bubbles are kind of slow. Should I add more yeast? Thanks!
Did you ever drink any of your hobo wine? I was wondering how you thought it was. Thanks. Joe

Its two weeks after your fuck it comment, you’d have some pretty potent wine in your cupboard right now if you’d have made your own lol. Its a fun project to try. Thanks. Joe

Just make sure you shook it really really good. There will be some stuff on the bottom and when you pour it into the final jars when you are done you will try to discard that to keep your wine looking clear. You must make sure its really mixed well at the start so the yeast has the sugar to eat. Thanks. Joe

I just used the exact tools you used and juice. I added 2 cups of sugar and a tsp of yeast (brand new) I shook it for about 2 minutes and there is still sugar or other paricles at the bottom. What do I do?
Ya I dont have that fancy shmancy stuff either. But right now its bubbling away like it should. I am so impatient. I will let you know how it goes for me.
Thanks. I am not sure what the percent is, I don’t have one of those things that measure that, all I know is its not like regular wine, it gets you where you need to be quite quick lol. Thanks again. Joe

Although I reuse my yeast to take cost down. I also add some concentrate to make the wine flavor a little stronger in the end

Yes for sure. Keep that lid loose or you’ll have a wine bomb in there, it builds pressure the whole time. Good luck. Joe

Interesting, how long does it last in the mason jars. I would like to use it for making my tomato base homemade sauces.
