  3. The local Episcopal church allows the farmer’s market to take place on church grounds as a way to:

    1) build community
    2) support local farmers
    3) encourage healthy eating
    4) discourage the purchase of foods shipped long distances that use up a tremendous amount of energy and are covered in pesticides.

    It’s all a part of the church’s emphasis on creation care and helping our neighbors
