  8. Nice tomatoes.Mine weren’t so good this year but high as usually is the case with tomatoes.What kind of garbage is in the heap ? Garbage as we call it produces heat.Compost & a good mixture of manures with straw produces warmth & nutrition.Any fruit grows well with heat.And If you build a good heap you can regulate the amount of accessible water. ( which cools ! ) I rather neglected my garden ever since I got connected to the web.Addictive for sure.Garden videos will get me back to the soil.

  11. Try grafting a scion of your tomato strain onto a vigorous, disease resistant rootstock like Maxifort and see if you can grow an even bigger plant.
