John shows the melon bed fully planted out and the bare trellis that will support all the vining plants one day. This was taken right after planting. PVC 1/2″ pipe construction and nylon trellis material was used.

I love that you have converted your front yard into usable space. Looks great!
Hello John, I am new to growing your own food and I am loving it. Could you tell where did you buy your nylon rope and how you built your trellis. I only know how to grow greens and tomatoes. Thank you for all your great videos they are most helpful to me in my quest to grow my own food in a very small backyard.
@mike19831115 Help people grow their own garden or even 1 or 2 edibles. Get the community together. If you need seeds, email me. garden of lia at yahoo. I don’t know agricultural or postal laws; maybe you do. I would need a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) This is for everybody. Garden of Lia provides free (organic) seeds to start a few plants, a “New Millennium Victory Garden.” Food is freedom!
I am so jealous of you… I live in South Africa. There is no ways I could grow my veggies in the open front garden. Everything would be stolen. I have an enclosed 2.1 meter spiked fenced up yard… I still get by but there is so much wasted yard due to the fence… 🙁
I am watching a lot of your videos but since you do one almost every day since the beginning of time it may take a while can you please let me know where you got all the soil I know I am not the only on who would like to know BTW Awesome garden

How did the melons turn out? I would have thought the melons would be to heavy to do like that concidering the vines seem to be easy to break on most melons, what kind of melons did you grow there?
Thamks, good looking raised beds!
Is there a reason why your containers are so deep? They look about twice the depth I’ve seen around. Also where did you obtain/purchase soil for your containers? Thanks.,

Also where did you find the connectors for right above the arch. It looks like a weird 4/5 way. Think mine this year will be very boring. Lmao.

Love it. By chance you don’t have measurements. I know they will be different but it would give me and idea. Thanks bought PVC today. 🙂
