  2. Great idea for the elderly. Keep them busy and involved with something they are still passionate about.

  8. You should incorporate ideas from the “EarthBox” into this product, it is the perfect fit …

You could make a pan that is watertight that keeps are reservoir of water in the bottom on the top planter and an insert with a wicking strainer into the top part that would allow you to grow several rows of plants like lettuce or something in the top section.

Do a search for Earthbox or EarthTainers on YouTube and you will see what I mean.

  10. Concept is nice, but the product seems too basic and lacks a lot of effectiveness. A Earth Garden seems more productive, and just place it on a wheeled platform (wheel barrow, wheeled cart, etc. to move it around.) I also can’t see people using this on a small condominium deck. This big device to move around one or two feet on the deck??? Just my humble opinion.

  11. The cart would be good for a conveniently mobile kitchen herb garden, kept outside, close to the kitchen door during Spring and Summer months. Wheel it in to a sunny window location for winter months. Good going ! Thanks !

  13. Hey Justin, Put a piece of Plexi glass in it…fill the side with dirt and plant something in it to show it. That way ppl can still see the drain and the coating, yet at the same time…See it actually growing food. 🙂

  15. Good luck Justin! I think it would show better at the events, if you filled it with producing herbs and veggie plants. Maybe even sell it ready to go that way.

  24. We raise over 4000 lbs of fresh organic produce yearly and give all of it to our local food bank, domestic violence, people temporarily disabled and senior citizens. I would love to build some raised gardens so some of the more disabled could garden and some to pick there own fresh vegetables. What were you thinking and what have you done to help someone this week?Have a blessed day…
