@pamela perry: Sorry, your reply button is turned off so I hope you see
this, Glad you like the soup! Yeah, I had to re-dice another onion and
start over…I had an emergency, had to turn off stove and run out of house
for a few hours…so when I got home, pitched the onions and carrots and
started chopping vegeables all over again. You never want to can anything
that is not fresh. I didn’t want to risk it. We lost a grandchild that day.
It was a bad day for us all. I hope this answers your questions about why
there were no carrots in the pot after I showed sterilizing the jars. I
added them at another point. Blessings!

I agree, I have been canning nacho cheese, butter for years and never had a
problem! I am excited to see you canning cheese in your ham and potato soup
and now Chicken noodle soup.I am so going to try this!
Hi,
love your video… I’ve wanted to can chicken soup for a while now, but I
only have a water bath canner. There are places on the internet saying
that you can’t water bath can it with no explanation. Do you know why? I
am new to canning.

Please, what size canner are you using?
Love your recipe
Just a tip on keeping celery longer – take it out of the plastic and wrap
it in tin foil than refrigerate. I don’t know why, but it works. A lady
that owns the tiny country grocery store used this method in the store and
it really works.
I like the video the only thing I no test was that when you put the jars in
to sterilise and went back to the onions that the piece
of carrots disappeared and there was less in the pot? I love the nice rich
couloir fab?
This looks like a very good soup recipe. I will try this sometime. Looks
like your husband lost some weight. Thanks for opening up your home and
sharing with us. Could you please share your gluten free flour recipe?
