@neverendingcycle these backs are really frames still with lots of breast
meat and even organs hanging on. Good pastured poultry is ideal. If I could
afford to feed them the whole bird, I would. But these are only running me
about 30 cents a pound wholesale from the rancher. We do what we can.
wow very cool! she eats those whole? great dogs would love to see more
feeding videos 😀

No boiling, just raw, thawed out meaty bones. Some people get meats ground
by the butcher or cut it up. I suggest feeding whole carcass, organs and
all. These guys love the lungs and everything inside a grass finished
chicken,
Variety is the spice of life. We have a good supply of chicken but feed any
good grass pastured meats when possible. Lamb and beef bones are usually
cheap. Also we feed them bison sometimes from another local rancher.
Cool. I feed my chocolate lab a raw diet,he gets mostly chiken, beef, lamb
and fish and my local butcher has free big bags of meaty bones, and bits of
fat and skin etc. I’m still trying to get into contact with a local Bison
farmer and poultry farmers. Where I am in North Wales, there is quite a bit
of choice for good quality grass rasied meats. Your dogs are beautiful by
the way!
alex, a good plan for you…next time when people is critising you not
feeding big fat meats to your wonderful dogs, show them you feed them a
whole turkey ^^, anyway its almost Christmas!

nice to see raw feeders around, but chicken frames and backs are too bony
in my opinion? it should be 80% meat and 10% bone and 10% organ meat.

Do you just feed a poultry based diet or do you include other meats too?

Do you boil the chicken or just take it out the bag and give it to them?
I’m new to this raw feeding
