I need a good book or plans would be great, even online plans would be great.

It depends on what you want to do with it. There are many good published designs complete with plans in the library. My b.f. once made a marvelous windmill for keeping a pond ice free all winter. He split two 50 gal. drums top to bottom, then mounted them on a “merry-go-round” frame so the wind blew and pushed on the insides of the half-barrels but blew around the outsides of the half-barrels.
The whole thing was mounted on a raft made of four more 50 gallon barrels and a vertical paddle made out of a 2 x 12 spun around at and just under the surface of the water. It kept the pond open all winter. Sure saved a lot of work.
