Question by Ed T: Do you know of any website that offers recipes using a turbo broiler?
I want to try recipes using a turbo broiler. For chicken, pork and fish.

Most turbos come with a recipe but in case yours didn’t don’t worry, it’s just like an oven or bbq!! We like to stuff fish/chicken breasts with sliced ginger,garlic, salt and whole peppercorns and put them in there for a good 45mins to make them crunchy. Then top with lemon!! You can bake a pie in a turbo as well as get mediterranean style grilled veggies!

Couldn’t really find any actual recipes but the marketmanila website was a forum where people talked about using a turbo broiler and what they made in one.
Also found pinoycook.com. as a possibility.
And it seems as though the turbo broiler was very popular in Filipino cooking. Maybe look up some of those websites for something that you think looks like a good recipe to try.
