it’s an urban legend, although there have been a couple of cases. it’s usually chinese’s that are most likely to (although still really unlikely), which makes sense as the meat is always different form usual and covered in spices and sauce anyway, so you’re less likely to notice.
although based on number of proven cases and quantity of tainted product in said cases, i’d be a lot more worried about tesco meat containing dog than any takeaways…
