I like your rotary, i milk in a 50bail WestFaliaSurge plant, alot different to your’s, the yard can hold 250 cows and we have “HerdHomes” for the cows to stay in over night and to feed maze and a mix of other stuf good for cows, your one is alot bigger in the shed size, and this one was made smaller.

  6. i could have saved you thousands, make the plateform 5 bails smaller and get the guy to stand closer to the cow entry when hanging cups, almost 25% of your platform is doing nothing

Hi, this is a very common practice in Australia – once the cluster passes under the rotary platform bridge, there is water sprays there that wash the exterior of the cluster to have them “clean” to be placed on the next cow. It is more practical to wash the clusters as they pass under the platform that to spray a lot of water about trying to wash them above the platform.

    what happen with the milk quality.
