All you do is put them in the oven and season with salt/garlic salt and let them cook for about an hour. You can tell when they are done, you’ll smell them. 350 to 400 degrees.
SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN LEGS
8 1/4 oz. pineapple chunks (save juice)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
Chicken legs
Mix everything together, except chicken legs. Pour mixture over chicken legs. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about an hour.
Place drumsticks in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over drumsticks. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Line broiler pan with foil. Place drumsticks on rack in broiler pan. Brush drumsticks with remaining sauce. Cook in 375 oven until done, 50-60 minutes. 8 servings.
shake and bake or roast the chicken until a internal temp is about 160 degrees and take out and coat in sweet baby rays BBQ sauce return to oven until the thermometer reads 175 i say invest in a thermometer everything comes out perfect every time they are about 3 or 4 bucks

You could “shake and bake” em and cook them for about 45 mins. Or whatever, the directions say, but I think that’s about right.
