Simple and inexpensive frost cloth frame or cold frame idea. Our Arizona raised garden beds needed an easy to use system for frost protection and this is what I came up with. Part 1 of 2.

Thank you! You’ll have to let me know when you post a video of your frame set up. I really like this pvc rectangle design since it allows the plants to grow tall without being pushed inside the frost cloth or plastic like hoop houses seems to do. Best of luck 🙂

Thanks for the video! I was thinking about making a PVC-type frame for a frost cloth for my little garden bed….now I have a better idea of how to tackle my project!

Why thank you 🙂 It should be more appealing when I paint the pvc a dark green. I hope the AZ summers don’t make it peel off to quick!
