The Delaware Agricultural Museum Association was formed by a group of people dedicated to preserving the agricultural heritage of Delaware and the Delmarva Peninsula. The Museum opened its doors to the public in August 1980. A main exhibit building and fifteen historic structures associated with a nineteenth century farming community bring the fascinating story of agriculture to life. More than 4,000 artifacts are displayed in the main exhibit building – from butter churns to threshers, from an eighteenth century log house to the first broiler chicken house.

Question by Ladybuggg: Chicken and pasta for dinner, help with recipe please?
I made some chicken breasts that are seasoned w/ a little salt, pepper, oregeno.
I have alot of cheese:
I have shredded mozzerella, parmesan, and some mixed italian cheese blend that has asiago and romano in it.
I also have milk, butter, and flour.
I am thinking of making a sauce by using butter, a tiny flour, milk, and the cheeses, then tossing it w/ some spaghetti noodles and putting the sliced chicken on top.
How does that sound? Any suggestions??
Haha, yes you are ALL invited!!!!!
Give your answer to this question below!
That sounds yummy… or if you have spaghetti sauce, you can put a little sauce on top of the chicken breasts, top with cheese, bake under the broiler for a few minutes and you have chicken parmesan (minus the fatty breading on the chicken). Serve spaghetti with your sauce on the side.

BAKED CHEESE – CHICKEN BREASTS
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned (about 1 lb.)
1/4 c. blue cheese salad dressing
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Place breasts in greased baking dish. Paint chicken with salad dressing. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Glaze under broiler to brown, if desired. Serves 4.
