  14. Sorry but I’m not 100% organic. If it means the difference between losing a crop I will use chemicals responsibly.  I usually don’t spray cantaloupe……Donald

  15. Hello Donald,
    Great cantaloupes their super big and healthy.
    I grow some cantaloupe this year and they bursted from the tip of the cantaloupe I am thinking they over ripped, and also they had pill bugs in them. and a lot of squash bugs. how do I get rid of this with out chemicals that would harm people.

  23. Seems like they should be up by now so dig down and see if the seeds sprouted. If not replant about ½ inch deep, keep em watered and they’ll be up in no time……Donald

  24. hey donald, i live on long island and i tried to grow cantaloupes without using peat pots. its been 12 days already and there are no signs of germination. please help. -adam
