Some air will remain trapped — you’ll be fine as long as you got most of the air out. If you followed the instructions, I think you’ll be a-ok. Enjoy!

A quick question please. When you turn your canned jars of tomatoes over, does the juice make bubbles, or are these trapped air? I thought I got all the air out as directed, but have these bubbles. Thanks for your help!!!!

No, you do not need to dry the jars. It’s fine if there’s some moisture in them!
