  1. Gotcha. Just wondering if expansion would get past seal on the flats. Been
    a LONG time since I helped with this. Even then I was more the plant it
    work it pick it boy. Lol. Only when it was raining did I help the women
    with the canning. We had a full acre garden so always work out there.

  2. Although there are many ways people can and preserve their foods, I put the
    lids on tight before i put them in the pressure cooker, if you don’t they
    will boil all the liquid out of them during processing and some do anyway
    but will still have less chance of that happening.
