Food scraps and organic waste generated at the Fair Day was deposited in this mobile worm farm. This ensured the valuable nutrients in the organic sraps were retained (for better soil) and it avoided the greenhouse gases associated with the storage of waste in landfill.

Question by Amrud: can you write a sentence about working on a worm farm using these four words?
slinky, perforated, nutty, limbs…

  1. Watching the slinky worms at the farm all day drives me nutty to the point that I perforated my limbs for kicks.

  2. Although it sounds nutty, having to drag around this slinky-like perforated pipe all over the farm, quickly made my limbs bulk up from the intense labor.
