Can you make ice cream with goats milk?

chocolate goat milk ice cream. I think the goat milk works really well with the fig flavor but when it comes to chocolate I think that I’m going back to our old friend the cow.

The chocolate macaroons from Whole Foods are good.

Question by quitaquebluecat: Can you make ice cream with goats milk?
and is so how. My daughter can only drink goats milk and i wanted to make her some ice cream this summer.

  1. Yup. Sure can. It’s rich because the butter fat doesn’t separate much.
