Question by : Can I use frozen goat milk to make cheese?
I have a goat I milk. I would like to know if I freeze the milk can I still use it to make my cheese?
Can you help? Leave your own answer in the comments!
My mother has a milking goat herd and one of her best friends makes wonderful cheeses using the milk from my mother’s goats. No the milk must be fresh. Something to do with the way the milk fat separates when it is thawed out.
