  1. I doubt it. I believe hair generally only grows 4-6 inches a year and that it depends of the persons genetics, split ends are said to stunt hair growth a bit though, and I’m not sure why.

I was under the belief as a child that when you ate more tuna your nails grew faster, and I think, although I am not sure, that hair and nails are made of the same material, it was a word that reminder me of carrots…

Anything you try won’t have too great of an effect, but the healthier you eat the more likely it is your hair will grow a bit faster.

  2. Goat’s milk won’t work. Hair typically grows 1/2 inch per month. If you use good quality products, get your hair trimmed often and limit the amount of blow drying, flat ironing, curling, etc. your hair will be healthier, stronger, less prone to breakage and grow faster. Also taking a daily multivitamin or prenatal vitamins will help hair to grow longer, faster.

  4. B Vitamins. Specifically Biotin – it’s great for hair growth and strength and strong nails. Plus, it’s a nice steady source of energy, with no crash.

  5. try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair

  6. regular trims are a must, about every 7-9 weeks. if its been awhile since you have had a trim then inches may be called for to get to healthy hair. i use vitamin e on fresh washed hair. dont message into scalp. if you get too much then just rewash it. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow about three in a month. it takes about a month for the e to kick in. dont brush your hair but maybe once a week to message the scalp, i use a wide tooth comb at other times. brushing breaks off hair. i just started biotin vitamins ten weeks ago this sat and notice and big growth spurt from that. biotin is cheap. i also have the biotin shampoo that i got from a vitamin store online. five bucks for a big bottle. good luck
