wow this sounds more complicated than when I set up my saltwater reef tank!

Our system is almost identical except we run all the water above ground using just the 1/2 inch tubing. That way we can easily move the tubing and rototill the beds without damaging any water pipes. Also our frames are just held together at the corners, no posts. That way we can also remove the boards when we rototill.
