I hope more restaurants will put grass-fed goat on the menu. I want to
support these goat farmers. I adore Indian food, but I think more
restaurants need to incorporate this fabulous meat, including Chinese food.
Pork needs to step aside, a bit! And IMHO, goat meat is way better than
mutton (ew) hahaha!
I am caught between a TexMaster and a Boar goat. I will be running these
behind my free range Charolais Cattle. Can you recommend? Let me know if
you need more information. Thanks again for your informative video.
