Btw, in case some of your viewers are unaware, even organic, pastured raised pork still has a negative effect on human blood (as stated in Nourishing Traditions) unless it’s marinaded before cooking.
supermarket=big bad corporate frankenfoods.
get to a co-op, health food store, and growers’/farmers’ market when you can.

They are nice people. I love going to the farmes market I get some great deals there. I also Love my local heath food store.
