  4. Often you can get a ruler for free at Health Fairs and such (if you don’t mind that it has an advertisement on it for a hospital or some such thing).

  9. I know you’ve posted it before, but I couldn’t find it……where do you get those gardening shoes, and what are they called? They are so ugly that I MUST have a pair! LOL Keep growing on!

  12. what can I plant with bell peppers so the bugs dnt eat on them? I know some food U can plant with others so they keep the bugs away..IE: like onions and carrots keep bugs off of each other..

  14. definatly important!, I use somewhat a form of square foot gardening, but i tend to just eye ball it because i have so much space! Thanks for sharing john, I will have to go get some 1 cent stuff soon!

  16. They were purchased at walmart.. for $10. the are 4 feet in diameter. I used 6 cu ft of OMRI compost in one bed + 3 cu ft of expanded coconut coir + 2 cu ft of vermiculite + 1 cu ft of composted manure to fill the bed.
