  4. @wiwallce that’s pretty much what I said. 1/3 = 33% yet they use the number 75% in the video.

    In fact, about one-third of the human diet comes from insect-pollinated plants, and the honeybee is responsible for 80 percent of that pollination, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
    Its all very interesting.

    I’m not even sure if that’s an answer. Are you referring to post-harvest foods? Such as fruits, vegetables and plants that are used as ingredients in other foods? such as buckwheat and clover, etc are used in animal feed, fruits and nuts in ice cream and spreads, etc…. If so, then I can see where you would be getting to a higher percentage of consumables. But actual pollination of plants is about 33% give or take. About 100 different crops are listed.

  9. You state that at least 75% of everything we eat is pollinated by honey bees. Most research and observation has it at about 1/3 or 33%. How did you come to 75%? I am curious
