Aaaawwwww…. “homesteading is a lifestyle not a location”.. :):):):):
This lifestyle has a lot of appeal to me… but I think it’s pretty simple to go to work and shop and live life. This lifestyle actually seems more complicated and difficult.
I like how Becky says that homesteading is not about being primitive but more about being simple and efficient.

We ride and drive our horses and ponies and soon the donkey will drive.We like to go camping with the horses and enter local shows for riding and driving, although building the cabin hasen’t left much time for that lately.Soon Though. cant wait!!
last winter my husband blew up our van. It has been sitting in the yard all this time. I bartered that van for something that runs. (and eats my husband would say)
