This was a great video and I was very happy to see that you happen to use the very same canner I just bought for my wife. Its been a long time since we did any canning and I am grateful for videos like this to watch as a refresher course. Very well done video! Thank you for sharing
Once everything is canned, it doesn’t need refrigeration but is there a certain temperature they must be kept? my pantry has a window, it’s typically very dry but can be very hot. My region can get up to 40 degrees Celsius. What if left in the sun for 2-3 hrs?

No. I think the white is probably just a bean, but garlic does sound good to add to beans. A lot of people add onions as well.

I see a bit of white in the jar. Did you put a bit of garlic in with the beans?
