Backyard Wind Power
Some homeowners are installing wind turbines in their backyards. These windmills are connected to the grid, and deliver renewable, green energy to the owner’s home. @Scattnam Wind is not 100% useless if used right. Solar is the future as it contiues to be R&D. I think it’s cool these people put one in their backyard. We had solar panels in my childhood home because we lived in Vegas where it is sunny 90% of the year so it made sense. They live in a windy place so that makes sense.

Im sure the birds love it. Cost 5000K , produces about 10 watts at peak.

I don’t think we have enough wind here in Tennessee. I would install one if we did, and we don’t have enough rich liberals around here to complain about them.
