Question by Dealz88: Are their any bodybuilders who drink only or mostly goat milk?
Am trying to build natural muscle, I don’t want to drink any protein shakes. I hear cows milk is good but I hear goat milk is even better. Comments please and advice thanks.
Mike I hear Protein shakes aren’t good for your health. Pulse I also hear wants you stop drinking them your muscle’s deflate.

whey protein comes from milk… so why dont u want to drink protein shakes?
k well ur info is wrong… protein is protein, just like eating a chicken breast or can of tuna… educate urself.

it is better. Goats milk is good for lactose intolerant people who have trouble with commercial cows milk. If you have trouble with commercial milk, you can switch to raw cows milk or goats milk in order to not feel any problems.
