  1. I wonder how they handle Bisphenol A that leaches out of all these plastic parts?

  2. The Hydroton was rinsed before going into the Grow Beds. Actually, the bags are designed with a rinse pocket in them.The water would have been a lot redder if they hadn’t. The red clay dust dissipates out of the water quickly and sits at the bottom of the tank. Then it leaves the system gradually over time.

  3. Great job!! Thanks for exemplifying part of the solution! I hope that they have some type of power back-up system for the air and water pumps. Keep up the good work.

  4. Why not give your rocks a rinse before dumping in the grow bed?
