All these different websites & info really confuse me. I have a few questions I was hoping someone could help me with. How can a person register a Boer that is only 50%? Wouldn’t it have to be 100%? Can you just register anything?What are the bloodlines people look for when buying Boers? How can you tell a reputable breeder from one who’s not so good? What should you look for in babies? What are the qualities to look for in a doe or buck? How much is reasonable to spend on a registered doe? I’ve seen some goats for $ 300 that look better than some for $ 800. I don’t know where to start.

We used to raise pygmys so we know the goat basics. I just wanted a fellow Boer breeders thoughts, input, tips, whatever. Especially about the registration process.Thank you.
