Another tour of my organic garden

I know that most people probably don’t care much but this is my baby (I put a LOT of work into it & am proud of how it’s coming along). What isn’t shown in this video is the row of spinach & the row of mustard greens that I’ve already cropped (& 1 green bell pepper plant hiding in the corner of the tomato enclosure)

  2. Yep, just don’t know much else to plant that I’d use. I plan on planting some pumpkins soon by the entrance where the spring stuff is finishing so it’ll be ready around Halloween. Also planned on planting a LOT of peanuts as a cover crop to add nitrogen back to the soil but aside from that… maybe some yellow squash & some sweet potatoes (if not too late). I just came in from spending 5 hours picking a heaping popcorn bowl full of bush beans, 3 of the MASSIVE zucchini, & other stuff.

  4. Thanks. 2nd year actually (aside from doing a little gardening when I was really young for homeschool & 4-H) & still learning. Last year I filled up less than half this plot & thought it was a lot of work. Even now I can hardly believe that I managed to fill up the whole space, keep up with everything alone, AND do it the right way (no cheating or shortcuts).
