QUESTION: when you put the dough in the oval dutch oven…how long did you bake? I noticed you pulled it out without the top on? and I thought I was going to try this recipe 🙁 rats! moving on to the next youtube video Angel from the bay, CA
Jim Lahey: “Randy Bobandy, come over here boy and try some of this fine bread I just made. Whattya think? Pretty good huh?”
Randy: “Mr. Lahey your bread tastes like piss and old liquor! You’re not on the liquor again are you Mr. Lahey?”
“And what if I was Ran-man?”
“butterscotchcocks!”
I always want to add slices nuts and dried fruit to your dough with 1/2 tsp of sugar to sweeten the dough…but im just plum scared to waste the dough. what do you think?
