  2. I love your video but I suggest just skipping the funnel because by the
time you have your big goopy hand in and out of the mouth of the jar, while
pounding down and poking divots, it has been an exercise in futility and a
complete waste of your time. But of course I did notice how diligently you
worked at wiping off the threads and rim of the jar (really making the
funnel unnecessary ) . That was just an observation, not a complaint at all.
I liked this video so much, I just think it will save you (and me) time and
effort. I really loved this video so much that I am going to make this and
share this video with my FB group. Is there any concern over adding egg to
the recipe though? And these are pints, is it enough for two adults, do you
    think?

  3. I make turkey meatloaf, would that work? I think canning it for the right
amount of time and at the proper pressure would certainly work. What are
    your thoughts?

  4. Excellent video, brotherman. One word of warning, though: Never use a
metal utensil inside a canning jar. It can create scratches in the glass
that could cause your jar to break/fail during the canning process. Thanks
for posting such a nice video.

  5. Sorry I butchered the pronunciation, I am prone to doing that, not that
that is an excuse, I have heard your name pronounced the right way, I just
    had a brain freeze…

  9. so nice to have the meat cooked and read to warm up for those times you are
in a hurry. Much better than stopping at a fast food place.
