The HFE-36 sawmill is an important tool for any homestead. Whether your land offers you large or small diameter logs, hard or soft woods, the HFE-36 will turn them into beautiful boards. With the 36″ diameter log capacity and 13hp engine the HFE-36 gets the job done. The proven Hud-Son guide system will keep your cuts true and efficient. While the easy to use cam style log dogs hold your log or cant in place. Hud-Son dual measuring system allows the operator to measure boards using a quarter scale or inches. Just like all Hud-son mills the HFE is built to last with 1 ½ pillow block bearings and sturdy design. Build your barns, fences, homestead with the extremely affordable HFE-36. Standard Features Include: 36″ log capacity, 2 – 7 foot track sections, 13 horse power gas engine. Centrifugal clutch, 1 – 1/2 band wheel bearings, 19 inch band wheels, hand winch lift system, dual measuring system with quarter scale and standard inches or metric, dual Hud-Son guide system with adjustable guide, two standard log dogs and squaring back stops, 1 1/4 inch double hard Hud-Son band blades, blade lube system, optional extra length track sections.

  16. I like what I see but is that a premium brand engine. ?
    I have not heard good things about Subaru engines.
