You can easily find 50,000 sites with a wealth of info on feeding of browsers (as opposed to grazers), the differences in milk fat content, the facility differences in rearing goats as opposed to cows, everything, and it is huge in some ways. When I was in Kuwait? Iraq a few years ago I saw a thousand goats, and only one cow, so the cultural and environmental influences are also huge.
