I applaud there being more space for the notion of ethical meat animal farming and meat eating. This of you who think you are moral for not eating meat ned to realise that not everyone eats meat just for taste sensation but for nutrition. If you are able to enjoy good health with outs meat, good for you, but don’t assume all humans have your dietary genes. Plant production results in. Swivel environmental destruction, loss of biodiversity and extinction of many plants and animals.
Well that’s where you are wrong. We completely have a choice as to if we eat animals or not; you can’t blame that on “Mother Nature”. We have control of our choices and actions, and society and the environment is paying the price for our (collective) poor choices – which include excessive cruelty and consumption.
It is not healthy for you, the animal being eaten, or for the rest of us because it is bad for the environment. You can look up plenty of vegan athletes, body builders and olympians for proof you don’t need meat to get your protein no matter what your work load.
I guess if a creature ever comes along and eats you and/or your family, we can justify it the same way. It’s not their fault if they eat you and make you suffer as long as you “taste so good”. Keep eating sentient beings and advocating cruelty and perhaps you’ll come back as the eaten in your next life (or this one…..)
I am astounded and disgusted that those who know that pigs are intelligent, sentient creatures who care for their young, etc. can still send them to slaughter. No momentary taste (especially given Morningstar & other humane alternatives for pork and other meat “products”), can justify slaughtering such intelligent, pacific creatures.
I don’t know how I stumbled on this doc, but I watched it all, it’s a real eye opener to see millions of years of evolution to culminate in our breakfast.
Nice vid! Watch this crazy bear hunt. This bear gets one shot to the spine and drops. Wildtv dont miss this youtu.be/ p3__5nP3JJ4 – take out the space
What the hell are you on about? Who said eating meat everyday wasn’t healthy – are you a nutritionist? Obviously not. More so, nobody eats meat everyday because it’s expensive – but the ones that do, me included usually are people that go to the gym a lot and need the high daily amount of protein. Also who the hell are you to state and generalise that nobody eats enough vegetables? You’re a muppet.

We are predators. We eat meat. Evolution chose it for us.

Lots of humans are eaten by animals. And when the great Cthulhu comes back we will all be eaten. Mother Nature is a bitch nothing we can do about it.

What a cool show. Very interesting to know more about these animals that most of us consume in some way or feed our pets even if we don’t realize it.

I believe pigs are smarter than those who voted for Obama.. My only hope is that we drop pigs on the middle east so they will run from them.

The bacon comments are really old and unoriginal. It’s obviously that you have no regard for living things. How pathetic.
