I would add a humidifier, like the kind you put in your bedroom if you have asthma or a cold. You need a thermostat that would measure the temp. and humidity. I’ve seen them at Walmart, Big 5, Bass Pro. It’s a mini-weather station and have different price points. When they hatch, you should have a heat lamp that you can raise or lower depending on temp. I keep a humidifier next to my bird because the heat and air dries my bird out and the moisture duplicates the dew and mist outside.

Increase the temp and add more water to it. The increased temp will cause more humidity, and the humidity keeps it from being too hot. It’s weird how it works but it does. Don’t put any eggs in there until the temp is correct. But honestly that seems like it would be too humid.
I never have mine exact. When the water gets low or out I just pour more in. I have hatched 100’s this way. Incubators do not have to be exact. Nature doesn’t keep them at that level of humidity and temp throughout the whole process. The hen has to get up some time.
