You can locate goats by running a want add in the newspapers or putting up wanted posters in vets offices and farm store bulintin boards.
I advise you to do your homework before buying a goat there is a lot to learn such as having it dis budded (de horned) at birth and a male or buck goat is a poor choice for a pet unless it is altered.
