  1. http://www.kodak.com/ek/US/en/Home_Main/Tips_Projects_Exchange/Create/Holidays/Gift_Coupon_Book.htm

    Here is all you need:
    1 piece 2 sided cardstock
    adhesive foam squares
    paper for coupons any color
stapler or brads and paper piercer
    bow wireor other string
    Cutter Bee piercing rotary tool
    paper trimmer
    button
    glue
    1. Decide what your coupon content will be. Then find the matching clip art and print your coupons. I used a sand colored paper because I wanted them to show up against the white background. White paper will work well if you use colored card stock.
    2. Trim your coupons, leaving 1 inch at the top for attaching to cardstock.
    3. Roll your rotary piercing tool across the top of the coupons 1/2 inch from the top. You can use the guide in your paper trimmer to make a straight line. Simply place the coupon where the perforation lines up with the gap in the trimmer where the blade slides and roll your rotary tool down the same slide the blade follows. This is to make the perforation for tearing out the coupons.

    4. Trim your 2 sided cardstock making it 2 inches wider than your coupons.
    5. Make two folds. One is 2 inches from one end. Split the difference that is left and make a fold using your other fold for a border. ( If you use 12″ cardstock your middle fold will be about 5 inches down from the top.
    6. Attach your coupons with your stapler or brads about 1 inch below the 2 1/2 inch fold line. If you use 12 sheets or less you should be able to staple them in. If your stapler is not big enough to reach, or you use more than 12 sheets, simply pierce the holes and attach with a couple of matching brads.
    7. Fold up the bottom fold and place your button in the middle. Mark this spot. On your mark you will glue one end of your bow wire, the foam square and the button. I put the bow wire first, the foam square next and then put the button on top of all of that. The purpose of the foam square is to raise up the button for wrapping the wire around. Let dry completely.
    8. Once the glue is completely dry, fold your book and wrap your wire around the book and the button. When you are sure you have enough wire, cut it and tie off the end.
